Typically I will take your application over the phone, pull your credit, review the credit with you if neccessary, then if applicable I will run your loan request through an "Automated Underwriting" system to obtain preliminary approval. This will provide a list of required documentation, so that I don't require more than neccessary from you. Next, I will arrange an convenitnet time to meet with you at your home or office to get the application package signed and collect copies of documents from you (if you can not provide copies I will take the originals, copy, and return them to you). If you are out of the area I can email you the application package in PDF format for you to sign and return.

Between Application and Closing
1. I scan and upload the loan package and supporting documentation you provided to the Lender.
2. I order the appraisal once you have acknowledged the initial disclosures the Lender sends you - email is available and can save 1-3 days in process. Upon receipt of the appraisal I will forward you a copy.
3. I order the Title and realted documentation from the Closing Agent, scan and upload it to the Lender when available.
4. Underwriting usually is completed within 24 hours of submitting your loan, if there are any credit conditions I will instruct you in what is needed and forward to the underwriter for clearance.
5. When the final approval is obtained you will need to provide Evidence of Insurance. If you'd like, I can provide a few Insurance Agents you can consider in your policy shopping.
6. Once all underwiting conditions are met and I have received the Title Commitment, Survey, Evidence of Insurance, & the closing is scheduled I will order your Closing Package to be sent ot the closing agent
7. Closing: all involved parties will meet for execution of all the legal documents (or if you are out of area it can be done by overnight mail). if it's between St. Lucie and Broward County I'll be there too.
